Questions
Are these the same tokens an AI model uses?
No. Narrative Geometry tokens are a platform unit of account. They measure the work you ask for — a chapter, a portrait, a continuity pass — not the internal token count of whichever model happens to run it. Two providers with very different pricing can sit behind the same action, and your cost doesn't move when we change which one we route to.
Do they expire?
Not while your account is active. Accounts dormant for twelve consecutive months may have their balance expired — the exact terms are in the terms of service.
What if a generation fails?
If tokens are deducted for something that failed on our side, we restore them. Open a support request with the approximate time and what you were running.
Can I get a refund?
Token purchases are final, with the statutory exceptions set out in the refund policy. Read it before you buy.
Do these rates change?
They can. Model costs move constantly and we route across several providers. Consumption rates are published here and in the app, and material changes get notice. Tokens already in your balance keep their face value.
Is there volume or institutional pricing?
Yes, above the Press tier. Publishers and studios running a catalogue should talk to us directly.
